Hi All, I attended an interview for sutherland call centre on 1 sep. First you have a listening test in which you have answer questions from the conversation you hear. if you clear that you need to clear a technical interview.

They mostly concentrate on the hardware part and most important OS troubleshooting. if you get an opportunity to attend Sutherland in future get yourself equipped with WIN 200 and WinXP troubleshooting.
